Texas Man Suffered Hit-and-Run Injuries
When a person is involved in an accident, any number of thoughts could be running through their minds. The man tried to stop them from leaving by approaching the front of the vehicle, but the driver purportedly hit him in the leg and left the scene. Witnesses corroborated the man’s account, though the driver denied attempting to run him over. The driver of the vehicle was taken into custody and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury, though it was not reported how authorities caught up with the driver.
