Salado Family Files Wrongful Death Suit in Car Accident
When immediate family members suffer the untimely loss of a loved one in a Texas fatal accident, they are eligible to seek financial redress for their losses. The claim further asserts that it was the responsibility of the defendants to provide traffic warning devices, safe traffic control plans and safe roadway routes when transporting cargo and operating commercial motor vehicles. Two other companies associated with a construction project the bridge was undergoing at the time have also been named in the wrongful death claim.
