Fatal 3-Vehicle Accident in Bastrop, Texas

A compact vehicle was reportedly attempting to make a left turn when an SUV hit the car on the passenger side. That initial impact caused the car to spin and collide with a pickup truck.
A passenger in the first vehicle suffered fatal injuries and died at the scene. The driver of that vehicle was transported to an area hospital, and another passenger in that same car was taken from the scene by helicopter. The SUV driver was reportedly treated at the scene, and the driver of the pickup truck was not injured in the accident. At this time, there have not been reports as to whether any charges may have been filed.
