Dallas Bus Driver Responsible for Fatal Crash
When a group plans a trip with a significant amount of people, it is not unusual for a coordinator to hire a bus and driver as transportation for the entire group. When a coordinator goes through a company to hire such transportation, they often assume that the drivers have upstanding driving records and can be trusted to make the trip safely.
