Alvin Texas Accident Leaves 2 Kids, Driver Dead

A fatal auto accident in Texas has ended in strange circumstances. Two young brothers passed away after another driver struck the vehicle they were trying to push along a county road. Their vehicle ran out of gas close to their home and the kids were assisting their father when the fatal auto accident occurred.

A car crashed into the back of the truck and pinned both the children and their father between the vehicles. The older brother succumbed to his injuries at the scene, but his younger brother and father were airlifted to a local hospital. The other brother passed away at the hospital. The father did not sustain injuries considered to be life-threatening.

At the time of the crash, the man’s wife and two daughters were in the truck. Fortunately, none of them suffered any injuries. In a bizarre twist to this tragic case, the driver responsible for the crash was found dead inside of his vehicle, but not from injuries due to the crash. Authorities believe that the man had been shot in the head.

A Texas Fatal Car Accident Lawyer can Help Win Legal Compensation

A fatal auto accident in Texas can be devastating to the family who is left behind. A mother and father have lost their two sons in a bizarre and tragic crash. Although the driver has died, the family may still have legal recourse in this case. They may be able to level a wrongful death case against the driver’s estate, depending upon what the police investigation reveals, or against the person who shot the man, should that be revealed to be a third party. Doing so will not change the outcome of this sad event, but it could help the family feel as if they are holding the man responsible for the actions that tore apart their family.
