Rain slicked Texas highways pose an added danger to those traveling on them. Unfortunately, this risk is not always appreciated, especially when people are driving vehicles wherein they feel as though they have superior traction control. Unfortunately however, this failure to observe potential risks can result in high rates of speed, as if drivers were traveling on a dry road. As a result, a fatal car accident — just like this one — can rob people of life, people who ultimately would have had a lot of life left to live.
